I just bought two packs of red apples to today.
I'm starting my apple diet tomorrow because i heard from a friend who lost weight by eating apples. It is said that if you eat an apple 15 minutes before your meal you will lose weight. Apples are high in fiber and water so if you eat an apple it will make you feel full so when you eat your meal you will eat less of it because of the apple you have eaten earlier.
So whose with me on my apple diet ??
