Dine at Euro House

The first time I ate pasta, I hated it.
That was like 15 years ago and i can't remember whether my mum made it or my aunt.
But i do remember the taste and it wasn't pleasant.

After that i never took a bite from pasta until around 5 years ago because i kept thinking that all pastas would taste just like what i ate when i was 5. Its some sort of brain defense thing. Like once you get bit by a dog, you'll never go near one ever again.

But there is no dog in this, just me and my pasta.
I think i took my first bite of pasta after so many years was probably during high school. After that it was pasta pasta pasta pasta pasta~ I even tried to cook my own pasta. There were some good pastas cooked and some horrible pastas cooked.

And then until a couple of months ago, i found Euro House.
Sitting quietly in the row of shops in Mahkota with its big blue signboard.
Who would have thought in such a secluded area would have such amazing dishes to offer.

 Euro House in Bandar Mahkota
Located behind row of shops in front of Jusco Mahkota
You can't miss the big blue sign board

Mozzarella in Caroz...something something - RM13.90
This is like an appetizer before the main dish. Its baguette bread with mozzarella cheese in between with a tomato puree sauce on top. Simply appetizing~

Roasted Chicken - (Promotion Price) RM9.90
Don't be deceive by the price because it taste fabulously yummy and the chicken is tender to the bone. There are sides of mash potato and greens and a delicious black pepper muchroomie sauce.

Risotto Al Fungi - RM17.90
Al Fungi is a mushroom dish and i just love the texture of the risotto with it. Its creamy but not too creamy. Just right. Worth all your RM17.90.

Fettuccine Salmon Pasta - RM19.90
Im not a salmon person but i ate this salmon. It tasted a bit funny at first but i got over it.

Tiramisu - RM7.90
Honestly the Tiramisu wasn't very yummy. Maybe it was my bad day to choose it~ The taste isn't bad just it was kinda frozen in the middle a bit.

A 3D2N Trip to Malacca - 17 - 19 June 2011

The last time i had a vacation was probably...*gasp*...my Popular Culture trip to Taman Negara LAST YEAR in May !!! Unless if you wanna count the couple times i slept over at my friend's house during my internship last Nov-Dec. Other than that, i live a lifeless life.

My college friends and i have been talking about going on trips for almost a year now. So far it was all just talk because we have assignments, our timetable clashes, we have someone's birthday to attend to, we don't have a car, and lastly and sadly - we don't have money.

Then FINALLY, one of my high school friend's 21st birthday was coming up and she wanted it to be different so we planned a trip to Malacca. We aren't usually this active or spontaneous but i guess there comes a time when we just have to go for it *I think my AMW lecturer's way of words are getting to me*.

I'm not gonna keep rambling like an old lady,
Enjoy the pictures and get a gist of what we did there for 3 days.
