Let's Recap What I did in 2010

Right, so let me go through everything that happened in 2010

Something about 2010 just makes me feel sad you know~

I think it's because i felt nostalgic about being with a bunch of close people

The last time i felt that way was way back in my foundation year in 2008.

There was once a group of friends

They hung out together everyday in between classes

They were everywhere in uni causing much loud laughing noises

They had their own "hangout spot" in Free&Easy~ *Oh how i miss that place*

And then the inevitable happened and that group of friends just wasn't a group anymore

2009 was a quiet year and then came 2010 and everything came back

 It was Chinese New Year and some of my 5E3 classmates gathered again to celebrate the new year. Just like in 2009, we gathered and ate dim sum for breakfast before coming to my place to hangout because my house was the nearest. And that year i wasn't as stupid as the last to dare my friend to bet 20 bucks in blackjack. I lost miserably in 2009. ^^

 I haven't seen these two friends in awhile now. 

They called me out a few times but it was always a bad time for me.

We were in Fun-Ok here. The place reminds me of Free & Easy.

My Study Skills assignment ^^

Clean up Port Dickson beach and make a side trip to Malacca.

This was one the most funnest assignment ever in my entire college life.

It was also the time when we met a certain friend and had grown quite close. 

Our whole assignment was so fake and i'm sure our lecturer saw through it but let us off because we did show some effort.
I went through a very very embarrassing moment riding the banana boat.
I really didn't know we were supposed to fall into the sea !!!

 This is the time when we went to Jalan Ampang Hilir's Korean BBQ restaurant, Jung Woon. We were taking our photography class that semester and this was the place i thought of to do my assignment. And we took a lot of funny pictures while at it.

 I asked for some help from a couple of friends to model for my mini photography assignment. It was simply an afternoon of "yum cha-ing" and photoshoot ending in a full time goofing off in Neway.

 On my birthday, my high school friends decided to treat me to one of Yulek's many steamboat restaurants.
And all of us got diarrhea the next day !!!

 One of my good friend since primary school moved to her new house and had an open house party. Her house was crowded with people~ Wow

My Popular Culture assignment ^^

This is my second most funnest assignment in my entire college life !!! 

*Basically any assignment trips with friends are the best assignment ever*

Trust me, we dreaded the entire trip to Taman Negara and couldn't wait be back in KL. But we did have lots of fun there. Experienced some awesome wild adventure in the jungle. 

Our lecturer still laughs at us because of our experiences there.

And i swear we did NOT get chased by elephants and climbed up a tree to hide!!!

I attended the 34th Bon Odori with my friends on the 17th of July in Shah Alam.

The drive there was bad enough but we were able to be apart of such awesome Japanese festival. There were Japanese kids running around in their kinomos and yukatas. Little Japanese babies staring around. Japanese food made by authentic Japanese people *Ok the last one was utterly weird*. 

But it was so cool !!! I can't wait to attend the 35th Bon Odori.

Oh and after the festival we stupidly decided to go to I-City, a stupid place where colorful fake trees are lit up with colorful light. Don't they know they're killing the Earth faster with those damn trees? 

What's worse was that my car's radiator overheated, we were in Shah Alam and it was nearing midnight~

I swear i will NEVER return to that f*cking "I-City" !!!

 See that little puppy?

He was my neighbors' pup but he started to have this rash allover him and he got took away. I didn't get to have a pet so i turned to my neighbor because he had a lot of dogs.

It was already August in 2010.

We met another friend and decided to go eat Shabu Shabu together in Lot 10.

Everyone laughed and scolded me because i kept eating fish balls instead of the other exquisite foods.

 This was my first time visiting Taylor's Lakeside College.

The place was a freaking shopping complex rather than a college.

How many universities/colleges you know that have Starbucks, Subway, Papa Rich, BODY SHOP and many more on campus grounds !!!???

Did i forget to mention they even have several high class restaurants as well?

Sheessssh !!!

Planning a BBQ wasn't that hard as i thought it would be.

The part i hate the most is getting people to come on the specified time and date.

How would you feel if you had everything planned out exactly the way yo wanted it, most of the people you invited was alright with it and suddenly this bum decided to say "I can't make it at that time, can we change it to this time instead?" That totally throws you off with everything you've done. If you can't make it then don't bother !!! Tell them to have fun !!! We can meet some other time !!! 

DON'T BE SO FUCKING SELFISH !!!!!

Sorry i just have a problem with those kind of situations.

The BBQ was a success and everyone had fun. 

And i had my first flat tyre that night.

Blogger, Anas Zubedy.

We were in the middle of our 1st internship and we still had classes in between.

Our Media Writing Skills class requested us to find and interview a famous blogger.

And believe me this was the first time i've heard of Anas Zubedy ^^

His office was located in Damansara and conveniently we were working in Damansara as well. During the whole interview process, even though we went prepared with questions i couldn't think of anything else to ask him. Luckily i wasn't the one in charge for questioning.

And i apologize because i still haven't sent him the pictures we took that day~

 Protemp Sdn Bhd

My first internship company. I was so grateful that i wasn't alone on this.

It wasn't a bad experience being in Protemp.

I was just jealous for my friend who were in the other departments because everyday they had something to laugh about. I kinda got placed in a strict department.
But things eventually lighten up and i some times miss the place.

We six interns went for the company's annual dinner party in The Legend Hotel and was forced to do a dance performance for the crowd.

It was epic !!!
The following day we went on a company trip to Taman Pertanian's Sky Treks.

I was so pumped at first but soon got deflated when i saw all the tiring obstacle courses we had to do. I chickened out along with a couple more people.

 December 4th & 5th, 2010, was the day of adventure, pleasure and more pleasure.

On Saturday, the day before the 5th, two friends and i decided to get a hotel in OneWorld Hotel in 1Utama and spend the night there. It was totally spontaneous because the decision was made the day before that day. The best part was we got upgraded to the top floor and got one of the best rooms because the hotel made a mistake and gave us an upgrade as an apology. We explored the entire hotel *and damn it was grand* and the buffet meal was magnificent!!!

The next day i went to buy my first platinum concert ticket and i was so damn proud and we spent half the day lining up to get it. We were to exhausted and we still had to go work the next day. But it was totally worth it.

A day of exercising turned into a day of playfulness in Alam Damai's Park.

That's how i spent my 2010.

It's sad because it was such a wonderful year.
