Everyone Should Have a BBQ Experience with Friends~

I like BBQ. 

It's messy and smokey but fun. 

Our BBQ 3 years ago in my friend's condo was a disaster because of the rain but we pulled through with the help of umbrellas. It was really funny that time because cars were passing by and they saw a bunch of kids BBQ-ing in the rain. I remembered it was June 2007.

At the end of my high school year, another friend of mine since primary made another BBQ party at her house in Dec 2007. It was among my primary classmates, 6N (2002). Weirdly enough i never really felt close to them. I only kept a few of them in contact.

Then THIS year we (the group of kids in the 1st BBQ pictures) thought of making another BBQ party at the same spot. We just hope it doesn't rain on us like it did the last time. We planned everything so nicely but in the end we had to cancel it off because my friend who stays in the condo can't take leave from her job so if she's not there we can't go to her condo to BBQ~ 

So in the end i went out with my other group of friends from high school.

It's really really and i mean REALLY hard to get these bunch of friends to go out together.

But we kinda managed today. A couple just didn't make it.

I kinda suggested to these bunch of friends about having a BBQ.

We don't really do much stuffs other than go shopping. Last year was the first time we ever went holiday together and it was only at Genting for one night. Some of us recently started hanging out more often so i thought why not have a BBQ party for once. I really hope they all can make it because some of them has the tendency to keep "ffk-ing" during the last minute for i don't know what reason.

Nick Jonas the Cutest ^^

I came across Camp Rock in Youtube by accident last year and ended up watching it. It's really amazing at how people have the patience to upload the whole movie online...and on YOUTUBE !!! I've uploaded videos before and it took me forever to upload a stupid 5 minutes or so video.

Camp Rock 2 was released months ago and i just watched it today.

I think they have High School Musical to thank for because to me, ever since HSM started singing in their scenes, all Disney movies started. << My opinion.

 Ok, so Camp Rock 2 was fun to watch. Kevin Jonas was acting as the dumb dumb brother, Joe Jonas was the leading actor with Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas was the cool brother chasing a girl, and Frankie Jonas - JoBro's youngest brother, was in the movie this time.

Nick Jonas sang a really cute song in the movie.

"Introducing Me"

He likes this girl but doesn't know how to talk to her so he wrote a song about things he likes and dislikes so that she knows something about him.

The songs starts at around 2 minutes in this video. There's some sort of embedding problem which prevents the videos to be played so i couldn't post the shorter video.Hope you can bare with it or you can just click the video and go straight to Youtube for the 3 minute video where the song starts straight away~

 

You can see that he grew up more after the first movie. He was kinda skinny and his curly hair was much more in the first movie. In the second movie he kinda buffed up, shorter hair and taller. I think in a couple more years he'll out grow Kevin and Joe. 

 Nick Jonas's solo album, "Nick Jonas and the Administrative".

 A lot of people thought Nick left his brothers to start out on his own but he just wanted a side band/project to jam with. He sees his brothers like every time so getting away from them once in awhile is good. Kevin's starting a family, Joe's getting into acting so Nick's got his own other band. 

 Nick gives me the feeling of the old 70s-80s times. 

I thought of the mafias in New York.

Don't know if he has Italians in his family but he sure has the look.

He's old style and it really suits him.

I don't know why people say Jonas Brothers suck.

At first i didn't pay much attention to them until i heard some of their songs.

You don't have to like them to like their music.

 But really like Nick and his solo album.

His brothers, not so much.

K-Pop Domination

My friend finally succeeded in influencing this "Hollywood girl" with Korean Music.

Yes that's me.

I didn't come into contact with ANY Korean stuffs until i started university. There i was with my first uni friend and i thought she was gonna be just like my high school friends all into S.H.E, JayChou, Jolyn...etc etc. And then she started talking about DongBangShinKi (DBSK)/(TVXQ).

I was completely taken by her. In my head i was like "wth are you talking about??"

Then she started all over again and i was like "Oooh~".

She's a pure K-Pop fan and whenever there's any Korean artist coming to town, she'll know.

Anyway, the process of instilling K-Pop culture in me started.

That was 2 and a half years ago and she has finally succeeded.

DBSK was the very first group i was introduced to.

Then came TaeYang from BigBang (im not into BigBang yet, just Taeyang).

Next 2AM and 2PM and finally BEAST/B2ST.

Any K-Pop fan would know them.

I seriously don't know how they come up with their group's name. But their music is seriously addictive. This video i posted is one of my favorite B2ST songs - Say No.

 

 I just can't stop listening to this song. 

Im even thinking of changing my blog's music to K-Pop songs mix Western Songs. 

My friend sure got me stuck hard with K-Pop.

She was so happy until she wanted to twit about it in twitter.

I hope she was joking about it.

But she'll be damn happy that i made a blog about K-Pop.

We all know that you're our generation's Brad Pitt but PLEASE get rid of THAT thing growing on your handsome manly face. For the sake of your young fans, 

PLEASE SHAVE IT OFF !!!

Even Brad couldn't really pull off the beard look.

Did you know how many people wanted it to be hacked off ?

And when Brad finally got rid of it, his kids wanted him to grow it back because they weren't used to seeing their dad's smooth face. You can grow a short neat shaved beard Brad but PLEASE no goat beard !!

So Zac please get rid of the beard as soon as possible.

Charlie St. Cloud - Zac Efron

 Charlie St. Cloud (Zac Efron) is a sailor who received a sailing scholarship to Stanford University. He makes a promise to his younger brother, Sam St. Cloud (Charlie Tahan), that he will practice baseball him until it is time to leave. But on the same day, Charlie and Sam got into a car accident. Charlie was saved by the paramedic but Sam die. On the day of his brother's funeral, Charlie sees Sam's spirit and gives up on his scholarship to stay with him. Charlie kept his promise to his dead brother that he will practice baseball with him and so he has been doing it for the past 5 years. He meets a sailor name, Tess Carroll (Amanda Crew) and slowly falls in love with her. 

But later on Charlie had to make a choice on who he wants to be with. Sam could feel that the more Charlie is with Tess the more he is being forgotten by his big brother.

Today after my first class of this new semester ended, a girl who i have seen around school for sometime came to ask me about my group for the group assignment.

Now i don't particularly know her.
She's just a Hi and Bye friend.
You DO KNOW what is a Hi & Bye friend right?
You only say Hi & Bye to that person out of politeness but you don't know who the hell they are. Yes this is my explanation for the term "Hi & Bye friends".

Ok back to my story.
She asked me if i had a group for the assignment. I was trying very hard to indicate that i don't wanna group with her BECAUSE !!! I have a very very very good reason why. Even though i don't know her personally but i do know how she works in assignments.

Like Mr. K used to say "There are two kinds of people, the drivers and the passengers".
The drivers are the ones who does all the work and the passengers just sit and do nothing.

SHE is a passenger because i've seen how she work. No matter how many times everyone says not to plagiarize, the result is still plagiarized. Giving the sorry excuse of "Me English no good". Bad English doesn't mean you get to shake your leg while other redo your work !!!

Back to the story again. Sorry~

1. She asked to be in my group. 
2. I said i already have a group. 
3. She said how many people do you have?
4. I said i'm not sure because my friends skipped class today.
5. Then she said just let me in join in your group then you'll know how many more people we need.
6. Then i said i can't make the choice for my group, i have to ask them first.
7. Then she said never mind just include me in your group and we'll see............

WHAT A FUCKING DENSE BITCH !!!!!

She kept insisting on it !!!
She said it with no hint of modesty at all !!!
It was like her picking to join my group was an honor for us !!!
I don't wanna be redoing her work while she pretends to be concern about the assignment.

I had NO GUTS to say NO in front of her face.
I kept on with the "See first see first".
I had to ask my friend for help to get rid of her when i came home.
I'm a sad sad case punya fella.

Another Typical Day

I went to The Curve & Ikano in Damansara today with my high school friends.

The last time i was there was in 2006.

A business learning trip organized by Yelex Institution who came to my school.

I didn't notice any changes. 

But i like the place.

Then thought wanna go RedBox but expensive so we went to watch a movie.

The cinema there is called Cathay Cineplexes.

Weird because it's celebrating its 75 anniversary and i've never heard of it.

We watched Vampires Suck

Its the funny version of Twilight's 1st and 2nd movie.

This part is hilarious because the wolf pack started dancing to the song

They looked damn gay dancing while smacking their asses.

"Victoria" and "Laurant" watching "James" fight with "Edward".

They and "James" always gets confused for the Black Eye Peas.

I've Been to Taylor's Lakeside Campus

I always thought Taylor's was a university for the filthy rich people's kids.

And i was damn right about it.

The parking lots, there weren't any cheap cars.

 A friend of a friend is currently studying in Taylor's Lakeside Campus.

She's in Hospitality so she invited me and my friend there to a fine dine lunch in 

Thyme Restaurant IN TAYLOR'S.

She was our waitress and her service was not bad.

But it seemed that my friend was not used to seeing her childhood friend being a waitress.

Another friend of my friend joined us. 

We had cream of mushroom for our appetizer.

Fish for our main course.

Cripes with custard filling for dessert with either tea or coffee.
And it all cost RM15.

 

 

The buildings are built in a U shape surrounding and the lake is in the middle.

The place really looks like an advance facility of something something.

Speaking of the lake.

I really like the picture of the signboard i edited.

It really reminded me of the movie "SAW" after i finished.

 

 This is kinda all i have to say about Taylor's.

It's big, spacious, wide, but empty.

 But i kinda like it.

Vampire Diaries Season 2 TRAILER !!

Omg Vampire Diaries 2 starts NEXT MONTH!!!

There're some sneak peeks in it.

Season 1's finale ended with Katherine's return and killing Elena's uncle Jonathan.

Elena's little brother Jeremy drank Anna's blood and took a whole lot of sleeping pills.

And Damon thinking he kissed Elena but didn't know she was actually Katherine pretending to be Elena.

The series differs quite a lot from the book here because in the book Katherine does not appear in Mystic Falls until after Elena dies and becomes a vampire (by accident) and goes through a whole lot of drama and fighting between Stephen and Damon about newborn vampire Elena.

I gotta admit.

Vampire Diaries really kicks Twilight's ass hard.

Even though i can't wait to watch Breaking Dawn, VD seems to be more interesting.

Awaiting Grey's Anatomy Season 7

It's been awhile since i posted anything about TV series.

It's always Naruto manga, my boring life, Twilight stuffs...

So i decided to finally stop it and post something old instead.

Who loves to watch Grey's Anatomy?

I know i love it.

It's not just about the medical stuffs.

There're complicated relationships, hilarious comedies, cool surgeries, hot doctors, weird doctors and whatever more there is.

Now season 6 ended with Derek Shepherd getting shot, Alex Karev getting shot, Meredith's miscarriage, and Percy & Reed's death. The shooter is an old man who is enraged by the death of his wife and accuses Seattle-Grace-Mercy-West Hospital for killing her. 

He comes to the hospital with a gun and goes to search for the chief of surgery, Derek, and ends up on a shooting spree at any doctor he sees.He kills Reed first because he had had enough of everyone ignoring him when asked where to find the Chief of Surgery. Alex witnesses what happened and he gets shot in the chest. But he survives and drags himself into the elevator and is later found by Mark Sloan and Lexie Grey.

The whole hospital goes into lock down. 

No one gets in and no one gets out.

Meredith and Cristina were too focus on the pregnancy that they didn't realize what had happened. they were walking around the hospital until Derek saw them and told them to hide. Lexie was almost shot by the shooter when she went to get supplies to treat Alex. Bailey lied to the shooter that she was a nurse and was spared but Percy was shot dead.

In the end after he shoots Derek, former chief of surgery, Richard Webber appears to talk to the shooter in a room. He gives the shooter a choice to either shoot him and get caught by the police or, shoot himself committing suicide because he only has one bullet left.

In Season 7 which premieres in September 2010,

*SPOILERS AHEAD*

Scenes will flash back to post-trauma therapy sessions held a few weeks after the shootings, then jump ahead about two months. Derek recovers and steps down from being Chief of Surgery AND is still unaware about Meredith's miscarriage. Teddy gets a new love interest. And one of our couples will be tying the knot:
