Another Typical Day

I went to The Curve & Ikano in Damansara today with my high school friends.
The last time i was there was in 2006.
A business learning trip organized by Yelex Institution who came to my school.

I didn't notice any changes.
But i like the place.
Pricey but Likey~

We ate in Dragon-i
I regretted for ordering that Sweet Sour Sichuan style Ramen.....
NEVER ORDER SICHUAN STYLE
No matter how delicious it looks like...
If you cant take sour then DO NOT take Sichuan style

Then thought wanna go RedBox but expensive so we went to watch a movie.
The cinema there is called Cathay Cineplexes.
Weird because it's celebrating its 75 anniversary and i've never heard of it.

We watched Vampires Suck
Its the funny version of Twilight's 1st and 2nd movie.
This part is hilarious because the wolf pack started dancing to the song
"It's Raining Men"
They looked damn gay dancing while smacking their asses.

"Victoria" and "Laurant" watching "James" fight with "Edward".
They and "James" always gets confused for the Black Eye Peas.

"Bella" and "Edward"
This is from New Moon, Bella's birthday party at the Cullens
(known as Sullens in this movie)

"Edward" and "Aro" posing for the camera for prom.
Aro became Asian~ LOL

It was so funny that even the boring parts in the actual movie became interesting.
Sorry but i'm finally admitting that Twilight IS kinda boring.
The books are better~ the movies are just eye candy~

BUT !!!
The Vampire Diaries....
Phew~
The books just aren't enough~
Ian (Damon) and Paul (Stephen) are totally RIGHT for the Salvatore brother roles. Nina (Elena & Katherine) is also totally right even thought she was supposed to be a blonde.

September 9th !!!
Season TWO of The Vampire Diaries !!!
The return of Katherine !!!

The trailer for season two is in my previous two post.

I've Been to Taylor's Lakeside Campus

I always thought Taylor's was a university for the filthy rich people's kids.
And i was damn right about it.
The parking lots, there weren't any cheap cars.
WHO DRIVE A FERRARI TO CLASS???

A friend of a friend is currently studying in Taylor's Lakeside Campus.
She's in Hospitality so she invited me and my friend there to a fine dine lunch in
Thyme Restaurant IN TAYLOR'S.
She was our waitress and her service was not bad.
But it seemed that my friend was not used to seeing her childhood friend being a waitress.
Another friend of my friend joined us.

We had cream of mushroom for our appetizer.
Fish for our main course.
Cripes with custard filling for dessert with either tea or coffee.
And it all cost RM15.

The buildings are built in a U shape surrounding and the lake is in the middle.
The place really looks like an advance facility of something something.
Speaking of the lake.
I really like the picture of the signboard i edited.
It really reminded me of the movie "SAW" after i finished.

This is kinda all i have to say about Taylor's.
It's big, spacious, wide, but empty.
 But i kinda like it.

Vampire Diaries Season 2 TRAILER !!

Omg Vampire Diaries 2 starts NEXT MONTH!!!
Here's the official trailer for it.
There're some sneak peeks in it.

Season 1's finale ended with Katherine's return and killing Elena's uncle Jonathan.
Elena's little brother Jeremy drank Anna's blood and took a whole lot of sleeping pills.
And Damon thinking he kissed Elena but didn't know she was actually Katherine pretending to be Elena.

The series differs quite a lot from the book here because in the book Katherine does not appear in Mystic Falls until after Elena dies and becomes a vampire (by accident) and goes through a whole lot of drama and fighting between Stephen and Damon about newborn vampire Elena.

I gotta admit.
Vampire Diaries really kicks Twilight's ass hard.
Even though i can't wait to watch Breaking Dawn, VD seems to be more interesting.

Awaiting Grey's Anatomy Season 7

It's been awhile since i posted anything about TV series.
It's always Naruto manga, my boring life, Twilight stuffs...
So i decided to finally stop it and post something old instead.

Who loves to watch Grey's Anatomy?

I know i love it.
It's not just about the medical stuffs.
There're complicated relationships, hilarious comedies, cool surgeries, hot doctors, weird doctors and whatever more there is.

Now season 6 ended with Derek Shepherd getting shot, Alex Karev getting shot, Meredith's miscarriage, and Percy & Reed's death. The shooter is an old man who is enraged by the death of his wife and accuses Seattle-Grace-Mercy-West Hospital for killing her.

He comes to the hospital with a gun and goes to search for the chief of surgery, Derek, and ends up on a shooting spree at any doctor he sees.He kills Reed first because he had had enough of everyone ignoring him when asked where to find the Chief of Surgery. Alex witnesses what happened and he gets shot in the chest. But he survives and drags himself into the elevator and is later found by Mark Sloan and Lexie Grey.

The whole hospital goes into lock down.
No one gets in and no one gets out.
Meredith and Cristina were too focus on the pregnancy that they didn't realize what had happened. they were walking around the hospital until Derek saw them and told them to hide. Lexie was almost shot by the shooter when she went to get supplies to treat Alex. Bailey lied to the shooter that she was a nurse and was spared but Percy was shot dead.

In the end after he shoots Derek, former chief of surgery, Richard Webber appears to talk to the shooter in a room. He gives the shooter a choice to either shoot him and get caught by the police or, shoot himself committing suicide because he only has one bullet left.
*Then i forgot which he picked*

In Season 7 which premieres in September 2010,

*SPOILERS AHEAD*

Scenes will flash back to post-trauma therapy sessions held a few weeks after the shootings, then jump ahead about two months. Derek recovers and steps down from being Chief of Surgery AND is still unaware about Meredith's miscarriage. Teddy gets a new love interest. And one of our couples will be tying the knot:
Derek & Meredith?
Owen & Cristina?
Arizona & Callie?
Alex & Lexie?

A Hectic Month & Naruto 504

I feel like it's been forever since i updated my blog with real life stuffs.
It's been a crazy and hectic month of July and i'll be able to take it easy in August.
My assignment due dates are crazy.
All four assignments are lined up from Friday to Wednesday.
So can you imagine how rush everyone is?
I haven't touched my Astro in over two weeks because i didn't have the time !!!

Now lets continue with Naruto Chapter 504.
Beware because this is a very touching chapter.
I had tears collecting up reading this chapter.

Kushina is objecting to the idea of making Naruto the next Kyubi host because Minato would have to die if he performs the sealing technique. Kushina doesn't want Naruto to grow up alone and go through the suffering of being the monster's host.

Minato manages to seal half of the Kyubi within himself. With half the Kyubi sealed away, it shrinks to a smaller size Kyubi which loosened Kushina's grip of chains around it. The Kyubi figures out Minato's plan to seal it in Naruto so it take its chance to kill him.
The Kyubi tried to stab Baby Naruto but Kushina and Minato protected him by sacrificing themselves.
Kushina and Minato then gives their son some final advise about life before completing the seal and dying.
Kushina finishes her story to Naruto and he thanks his mum and dad for loving him before sealing the Kyubi in him. His mum then says her last goodbye to her son and disappears as her chakra fades from Naruto just like how Minato's chakra faded.

I'm getting all teary by just typing this blog !!!
Awwww !!!!!!
T___T
So touching......seriously !!!!

Naruto 503

I skipped chapter 502 because it was only about Minato's fight with Uchiha Madara and the Kyubi trashing Konoha.
But this chapter is when everything unfolds.
Why did Naruto had the Kyubi in him?
How his mum and dad appeared in him?

Minato managed to hurt Uchiha Madara with his Rasengan and disconnected Madara's control over the Kyubi. Madara then gave Minato a warning that he will return to recapture the Kyubi and then left.

Kushina wanted to use her last remaining chakra to draw the Kyubi in then sacrifice herself.
Minato snaps his head up and suggest that she seal her remaining chakra in Naruto with "Hakke Fuuin", the forbidden technique instead. That way they will be reunited like how Kushina is actually talking to Naruto now telling him about the past.

"Hakke Fuuin" = Eight symbol seal = The symbol Naruto has on his belly.
Minato will then take down the Kyubi and seal half of it's chakra within Minato himself and the other half in Naruto (I think).

The first time we saw this jutsu was when the 3rd Hokage was fighting with Orochimaru.
It is actually an original technique by Minato.
The reason why Minato sealed the Kyubi in Naruto is because Jiraiya said a revolution and catastrophes is coming. Naruto will be the Child of Prophecy who will stop it.

How cool would it be if Naruto had his dad's yellow flash technique and his mum's....errr....chain technique? She can shoot chains out of her and it held down the Kyubi.
Sasuke's Chidori can suck it~ LOL

Backpacking to Taman Negara

I finally was able to upload my Popular Culture's assignment video.
I tried over a dozen times in Facebook but didn't work...
So at last i uploaded it in Youtube~

So here you have it.
Popular Culture, Group 4

If any UCSI Mass Comm students are watching this,
Don't just talk talk talk in class, everyone would be bored out of their minds.
Even the lecturer so put together a video of your journey.
Remember to record as much footage as possible during your trip so make it interesting.
Include some jokes like my video's ending part, the whole class would LOL

My First Bon Odori~

I'm not exactly a very out-going type of person.
Whenever i feel that it's troublesome I'd just come up with an excuse to not go.
But last Saturday was actually the first of many lazy days that i was determine to go out.

Why?
Because it is the 34th Bon Odori festival in Shah Alam.
Organized by:
The Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur
The Japanese School of Kuala Lumpur
The Embassy of Japan

I found out about the festival last year but didn't get the chance to go and so i was keen on going this year and i did and it was a blast. I went with my uni friends and met with my high school friends on the way. We all didn't really know how to get there. I only knew the way till Subang Jaya and the rest was up to luck. We got there at 5pm and it was already packing up with people.  Cars parked up the curb on both sides and in between the roads, in the empty space in the round-about, on the side of the highways and practically anywhere which could fit a car.

It was hectic, crazy, messed up and over crowed but worth it.

The Panasonic Sports Complex was literally packed with maybe over a million people from Japanese to Chinese to Malays to Indians and many more races. A lot of them were wearing Kimonos, Yukatas, and other traditional Japanese wear. The little Japanese kids were so cute in theirs clothings that me and my friend couldn't resist to snap pictures of them.

It was seriously more packed that this.
This is like just the mouth of it~

This is the stage for the Drum Performance and various Traditional Dances.
My friend said the main drummer was so handsome and his biceps were flexing every time he drummed.
LOL

Japanese girls and family in their respective Kimonos and Yukatas.
This two little kids in blue and pink with their mom is so cute.
(More pictures in my Facebook)

The little boy in the 2nd picture was so so so so CUTE !!!
I wanted to take pictures of the performance but then i saw him looking at me~
Aww~ i so wanted to carry him~
I miss my cousin Kimi boy !!!

This is Udon.
There are a lot a lot more stalls there.
One stretch of the field was packed with stalls selling Japanese food and all were run by the Japanese community. It was a good exposure for us. It enables us to try new original stuffs and not localized stuffs.

The traditional Japanese ice shaving was a big hit. Everyone was Q-ing up to buy it. Then there were Japanese ice creams, grilled squids, rice balls, the family up there are eating "Unagi Bentos" they bought and Sushi King and Sakae Sushi was there and many more which i didn't get the chance to see.

My friends and I bought those food up there and they weren't cheap.
One bowl of Udon cost RM7, Yakisoba RM7, Takoyaki RM8.

But it was yummy~
Taste different from out local food but yummy~

It was a fun experience and i definitely will return for the next Bon Odori (35th)
